This could be a carpenter to fit a new door lock, a plumber to install a new boiler or a handyman to replace the Silicone in your shower. No job is too small and, as a result, this means your property receives the care it deserves

Reactive Maintenance

As part of our facilities management service we carry out reactive maintenance. Our operations centre dispatches our skilled tradesmen to meet assigned priority targets for building fabric and installation repairs. Our DBS-checked tradesmen arrive to repairs in full branded uniform presenting their ID badge for security purposes. Our aim is to carry out repairs on time, first time so that facilities can keep on running smoothly for their customers. Reactive Maintenance includes:

Pro-Active Maintenance

After receiving an outline specification from a client, we work together to develop a planned maintenance programme using our internal knowledge and expertise. We always look to see how we can maximise our resources, such as plant, material and labour, when carrying out planned maintenance. We also consider the health, safety & environmental impact, as well as how we can generate cost savings which can be passed back to the client through efficient working. Once we have discussed all of our proposals with the client, our Projects Manager formulates a plan which is then sent to the client for approval. Once agreed all resources to the plan such as labour, sub-contractors, material and equipment. We contact each site the week before any planned work is to commence to see if there are any concerns prior to our arrival.

Mock-ups and samples
Our Process

The provision of mock-ups and samples will assist in achieving the required quality of finishes. A programme will be developed indicating when each mock-up or sample will be required taking account of procurement periods and the anticipated commencement dates on site.
